Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
StumpGrindingNashville.com (“we,” “us”) is a referral service for stump grinding and stump removal quotes in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We share homeowner requests with independent local stump grinding companies. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, number of stumps, the service you picked, any details you add, and the page you sent the form from.
- Phone calls: calls to the number on this site may go through a call-forwarding or call-tracking service, which logs the calling number, date, time and length of the call. If calls are ever recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call.
- Basic site data: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How we use and share it
We use your details to arrange a quote for the job you described. We share your request with one or more independent stump grinding companies that serve your area so they can contact you. Those companies are not part of StumpGrindingNashville.com, and their own privacy practices apply once they have your details.
We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (delivers form submissions by email) and a phone service for calls. We don’t sell your information for advertising, and we don’t send you marketing beyond following up on your request.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records for up to 24 months so we can confirm referrals and handle questions, then delete them.
Your choices
Contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also ask any company we referred you to to delete your details.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
